a feww weeks ago I sent a few documents for an organisation and now I have recieved a letter from them sayin that one of the documents is missing while I have sent everything.i think they have not looked at the envelop carefully or have lost it somehow. It was a very time consuming and extensive thing to do.Now I have to do that again. This made me very angry. Now what would you do if you were me.

If you registered the documents and had them listed as you placed them in the envelope if that is the case send them the missing one and charge them a bill for your time.~~

I would resend the document they requested, since that is the only way they will move forward on the issue. In the future, send such correspondence registered, return receipt requested. this will give you a bit more leverage.

You are probably going to have to send it a second time. Regardless of who lost it, they don't have it and they need it. Keep copies next time so it won't be so time consuming.

ask them to please look again that you are sure you sent all of it and would appriciate if they would do so and tell them that if they still cannot find it you will send it to them again
