My brother fell in love and married a woman four years ago. She was born male but changed her sex which was okay with my brother as he did not want kids. She is also twelve years older than him. Inspite of our discouragement he married her and today he is repenting.
She now says that sex change was a mistake and that he feels attracted to females. We have been trying to work it out but she just wants a divorce. How can I stop them from getting divorced?

What a mixed up mess! This person doesn't know what he/she wants out of life! Doesn't know who she/he wants to be with & your poor brother is stuck in the middle. As far as you're concerned, I'd say just to distant yourslelf from it period. You're not going to sway their final decision either way regardless. This is their problem & you shouldn't be involved. I'm sure you love your brother, want the best for him, but HE has to make the choice that's best for him.. Actually, with a mixed up person like he/she is, I'd support him getting away from it as fast as he can. All he has to look forward to is hurt in every way possiblel IF my loved one was being hurt by someone like he is, get the heck away from it. I sure hope he does, & doesn't waist anymore time of his life w/this situation. I certainally wish him the best, but I'd run the other way just to protect myself from further hurt. Why would you want your brother subjected to anymore suffering than he's already been thru!

You can't stop it if it is going to happen. The stituation is really a tough one. So her sexual oreintation did not change completely. I don't like divorce but if she wants out she will proably try to get out and it would be better to let that happen before she cheats on him. It will be up to your brother and his wife on what the outcome will be. Just be there for him when whatever happens happens. What about counseling?Marriage or even some type of sexual orientation counseling?

I think you have a thing for this heshe. I know this is a joke because most men would not worry about thier brother going through a divorce especially when it is out of the norm. lol.

you can not stop them from getting a divorce unless they are willing to go to a marriage counselor to get help. It sounds as if his wife has her mind made up already, all you can do know is be there to get your brother through the rough times he will go through.

good luck.

Your brother could get a sex change and become a female.

I think a devorce is best in this situation, sorry. They will never be happy again and need to move on and find happiness. Life is way too short.

You can't stop them. She made a mistake and now has to live with that. Your bro needs to move on.
