I have some great ideas for videogames but
1. How would I go about sending the ideas to a company to have them made?
-or-
2. What would I need to make them myself if this is possible?

I'm sure there's much more to video games than Flash and Java, but knowledge of them may help.

Try

and

Good luck.

Before you do any of these things, in order to be good at creating games you should get a degree in game design from a college like Westwood College, Platt College, Full Sail University, DeVry University or the art institute of california. Then you could join a game team and do things from there. I've always wanted to be a video game designer but its too late now since im gonna go to ucsd in the fall under a pharmacological chemistry major.
