I just started selling Mary Kay Cosmetics a few weeks ago. I'm still very new in it but, i'm stressing out over alot. I was suppose to have put my first order in last week. Well, in order to get my inventory started. People are starting to ask for their money back & that means i would have to start over from scratch if i did that. I want to do it my own way & not have to help out anybody but, myself. That is why i started it in the first place. Its starting to not be fun the way i am told to run my own business. I guess my question is what should i do? I don't know if i should just forget the whole thing or just do it the way i want to do it & stop going to the meetings & doing everything the way they want me to. Please help with some good advice.

MLM's and network marketing businesses aren't very effective. There's far too much competition for the products (malls, etc.), and the only real way to make money is to recruit others.

I would walk away.

If you can't follow the program, you shouldn't be in the program. There's no reason to do this if you are not enjoying it, there are other things you could do instead.
