Macromedia Flash video FLV (.flv)
Hit Start >> Searh Files >> all files and folders >> and write down *.flv (this is the file foramt)
and look in
D:\Temporary Internet Files Or
C:\Temporary Internet Files
you'll find the file by a weird a$s name copy it anywhere and then right click on it and open it with internet explorer
or you can use this program FLV Player 1.1.3
