I purchased a used tower on ebay, and I am wondering if the processors are 64 bit.

CPU Dual (2) Intel Xeon 3.20GHz / 2MB L2 cache, 800Mhz FSB
Memory 2GB PC2-4200 REG ECC DDR
Motherboard: Supermicro X6DVL-EG2

I know the mb is 64bit capable, but how do i know if processors are.

currently no OS installed.

thx,

Duffy sure is right. You've got an Irwindale. It has 110W TDP but the MV 3.2 variant is a 90 watter. You can readily enter BIOS even w/out an OS (or a hard drive for most boards).

Whats on the Apple page is not what you have, you dont have quad, simply 2 x Xeon 3.2GHz, as far as I can tell, if your CPU is Irwindale, then it should be EM64T enabled by default.
Another way to tell is power up, in the SuperMicro BIOS, if EM64T is an option, you will have the option to enable/disable it/,.
