Don't quite understand your question. If you are talking about what is current on your computer related to every program that has been installed, including windows critical updates, hardware, platform, serial #'s for all hardware, etc. etc. you can download for free a program called, Belarc Advisor. This program will scan you pc and even tell you what windows critical updates are missing, rate your security of your pc, plus list everything stated above.

After the programs scans your pc, all you have to do is print out a copy or copy and paste the data to word pad for saving.

If I ever need a hardware part replaced I run Belarc Advisor, to make sure that I am getting what I paid for. As it will show the maker, plus the serial #.

You may want to invest in an Windows Spy. This will allow certain privileges to each user you can modify the settings and chose which categories you would like restricted. Also, you can monitor other peoples net surfing activity from your office computer or wherever. This program will also take snap shots of all programs, websites, files and pictures opened during use. It also records keystrokes. Also you can easily set a remote monitor to watch that PC use from a different computer and also terminate access of the internet and the computer remotely Hope this helps.
