The earth is 93,000,000 miles from the sun.
The moon is only about 240,000 miles from earth.

Both of these values will vary depending on where the earth and moon are in their orbits.

Earth to sun: 91,400,000 to 94,510,000 miles

I'd call it 93 million miles from the moon to the sun.

The Moon orbits the Earth... The Earth is approximately 93,000,000 miles from the Sun. The Moon orbits the Earth at a distance of approximately 250,000 miles (about 400,000 km)... so, your answer is 93 million miles plus or minus 250,000... depending on where the Moon is in the orbit. Basically it is accepted that the Moon is the same distance from the Sun as the Earth is since it orbits the Earth.

On average, of course, it is the same distance as the Earth, or about 93 million miles.
