I can't Get my DVD drive or Cd Drive to work. I accidentally deleted them and emptied them in recycle bin. How do i recover them?

Open Control Panel>Adminstrative Tools>Computer Management. Select 'Disk Management', select volume (on the right pane). This should be labeled 'CD-ROM 0 and/or CD-ROM 1. Select Actions (top menu bar)>All tasks>Change drive letter and paths. Select the Add button to assign a new drive letter.

Did you delete the shortcuts in my computer? Try to reboot your computer. Usually, the DVD and CD drives are installed automatically. If not, use Device Manager.

As far as I know there is no way to delete ur drives.Ne wayz if ne how u've done so then probably u can restore it thru BIOS settings or the device manager in WIN XP.

U must hav given details of ur OS!!!

i dont get how you deleted it

i dont think you can delete them and be sent in the recycle

those are drives and you have to take them off from your computer
