I tried a pickle fork, and a ball joint seperator. Did not work. I have propane, not sure if that is hot enough. Your help would be appreciated. Thanks! :)

Whoa on the propane--had a good friend lose an eye doing the same thing with a torch and the grease in the ball joint exploded it.
Try taking two heavy ball-pein hammers and place one of them tight up against one side of the knuckle where the ball joint goes in and then hit the other side with the other hammer...it may take a dozen hits or so but the percussion of the one hammer hitting one side and the other hammer bouncing on the other side will sometimes loosen the stud. Could try an impact gun if you can rent one. If you have to heat it up, make sure to wear eye and face protection and use Mapp gas--it burns hotter. Paul

Depending on which balljoint you refering to,if its the upper a-arm one just knock the knucle part where the ball joint slips in but be careful not to hit the balljoint threads. If its the lower one its best to have someone lift the whole knucle assembly then knock lower part of the knucle with the hammer.Works everytime.
