Ever since Bush took office this country has been one confusion after another!!!!! This is just the beginning though,
he will leave a mess for the next president that just cannot be

The real deal is that National Security Advisor Stephen Hadley is covering his ***. If...excuse me, I mean when, the Iraq and Afghan wars finally go so bad even the administration can't deny pulling out is the best option, they are going to need a scapegoat.

Right now that is basically Steve's job. But now he says he's "too busy" with other hotspots. Hmm. Seems like the logical thing to do would be to appoint a czar to handle the less pressing issues while the head guy handles the two biggest national security issues facing us today.

But, in bushzarro world, we put the top national security advisor in charge of the little stuff, and bring in some poor schmuck to handle these debacles. That way, Steve-o gets to keep his up til now pretty good reputation while the War Shmuck gets the finger for "losing the wars".
