Get a copy of the Ross Reports and start submitting yourself to projects the agents are working on.

I'm trying to do the same!

It sounds like you're off to a great start! If you want to find a legitimate agent to represent you go to Sag.org. Use the dropdown menu on the right labeled 'resources' and choose 'agent information'. On the next screen, on the left choose 'Find a SAG franchised agent' and follow the directions. Though Broadway actors are governed by AEA (Actor's Equity Association http://www.actorsequity.org/) Most SAG franchised agents also represent equity actors for theatre. The equity site does not have a list of agents that I'm aware of.

Then you can send out your headshot, resume, and a cover letter stating that you are seeking representation and wait to see if they call you in for an interview. BTW, the equity site does have a thing called casting call where you can look up audition notices :-)

Break a leg!

Have you mailed your photo-postcard to Talent Agencies, asking them to attend the production?

If not, do so for future productions.

Don't forget to leave "comps" for them.
