They might really need assisted living.Many of these don't take care of their health and will usually self medicate with illegal drugs and alcohol.I would say more than likely they are a threat to themselves and others around them.Supposedly many people are bi-polar and have yet to be diagnosed with it or even treated and can sometimes become schizo when they go off the deep end or hit bottom. Supposedly many like this can eventually end up in prison as criminally insane. Just my opinion, there are are always worse case scenarios.

Is this already a clinical evaluation or is he just thinking he is all these? Big difference, you know. If he has been properly diagnosed, he should already be getting the help he needs.

He either belongs in a clinic permanently, on a check-in basic or he needs a personal caretaker.
