Moving house, for the 2nd time in 6 months.
The first time was to a rental at the end of '79, so it was a new house, new school and new friends, then 6 months later to the house my parents bought with a change of school and friends again. But I think it was all a big adventure, I was only 8 at the time.

I was also 15 and now 41. I lived in Arizona at the time. Seemed like the music we listened to the most then was country, but I definitely had time to squeeze in some ELO!!

I was riding in shopping cars with Mom in the grocery sore, and sitting in the back seat of the Ford Pinto with no seat belt or child seat! I liked ABBA, That Debbie Boone song and Upside down by Diana Ross. I used to like to go to the meat section in the store and poke my finger through the plastic and watch the blood drip. I also went to the toilet paper aisle to squeeze the Charmin and poke a hole in the plastic where it was stretched over the hollow cardboard tube. I wonder if anyone ever bought Charmin with bloody little kid fingerprints on it? Hmmmm....
(My favorite ELO song was I'm Alive from the Xanadu soundtrack.)

Well, i was 20, angry and frustrated to see my country being torn apart by fascist and to decide whether to go to war and kill my own country men or stay and get executed! (the war between Kurds and Gov. after revolution in Iran). I chose the 3rd option, which was escaping from Iran. Any how, i loved ELO too. Always played it loud on my stereo. But my #1 group was Scorpions. After escaping to Europe, i had a chance to go to their concert( my first concert ever!) in their own country, Hamburg/Germany. It was a awesome feeling, i was no longer angry just eager to find my path and start a new life.

I was 5 years old in preschool. We lived in a Victorian house on Lafayette Rd. Valparaiso. We had a 1977 Gran Prix and a Suburban. We were building a house out in the burbs away from town. I pooped in the woods.
