Thanks for your answers.
They need to send money via Western Union. So I did it.
I want everybody knows about this fraud
seller to protect another buyer.

Congratulations you lost your money in a scam. It's gone nothing you can do to get it back. There's an old saying 'If it sounds to good to be true, it probably is.' Consider it an expensive lesson, and you will never get your money back. Don't you watch 'W5' or Dateline or any of the documentary shows. They have all had a lot of informtion in these kinds of deals in the past year. The one that requested your money was probably sitting in a computer resturant, and had waited days just to get to the end of the line. That is how they make there living, and because they are off the American continent, they can not be touched by laws or law makers. Hope you didn't give them a credit card number, or your bank account info.

I think you are done, the website only registered 2 months agom regardless of what, I always advice people NOT to purchase anything from China unless you know the company well, they may be cheap, but the hassle you go through is not even worth your time.
If hes a genuine seller and deals internationally, he would have adviced you about the import tax before you ordered. They do charge tax, but a good seller can normally sent the goods under a non-tax catergory so to avoid it, its cheating but thats how they cut cost down.

Olivia,

I hope you will be more careful when doing online trading (either with seller in US or outside US) next time

I went to the website, and immediately had funny feeling about this site. I don't know if this is a well known site, but I personally wont do business with them.

OK, I noticed that they accept Paypal as the payment method. Did you pay them with Paypal? Please say you did.

If you did, you can send complain to Paypal.com and mention about this member. Check the following url about what Paypal can do to help you (https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_pbp-info-outside)

If you didn't pay with Paypal, but more likely international wire transfer, then I have to say that either you pay more money (custom) or you just had bad luck...

hope it helps...

did you use a credit card? dispute the bill.
if you used paypal, get ahold of paypal's office.
did you use western union? you're screwed.
if you sent cash, you're screwed.
