Aspect ratio?

I have a movie I downloaded and the picture is streched I would like to know if there is any software that can change the aspect ratio

I need to change the aspect ratio of the movie itself so I can burn it to a cd at the moment its a 4.3 aspect it should be wide screen.

Are you saying that when you run a full frame movie on a widescreen monitor it is stretched?

Don't run it full screen.

Hi. You should be able to change the resolution in Settings. (Right-click on desktop, Properties, Settings.)
