A Star filled Night is so romantic and a sunny blue sky just makes me wanna go water ski. I like both. I can't decide......
Sunny Blue Sky (At least you can see if someone is about to grab you.) Ha Ha Ha

A sunny blue sky

Interesting question. I find sunny blue skies unusually dull; I prefer some clouds, to give them depth; and even then they are better with an interesting landscape, mountains, hills, a beach or a lake, etc.

But a clear star-filled sky, especially one where it's clear enough to let one see the Milky Way--that is the most beautiful thing I have ever seen by my standards, or that I ever will see.

Oh, dear.... sunny blue sky, because I haven't been outside much... and I would love to have a day like that and just around outside... and drive around (because I'm getting my license soon) But I still love star filled nights... they are so rare where I live.
