For how long are the big corporations going to keep raising the prices on us because they know we need the gas.

Save energy in the short run and use alternative energy in the long run. I would think that as for petroleum, the alternative uses of electricity and gasohol is already exist, with more innovation that would have alcohol 100 per cent substitute for gasoline, other would be hydro power which Honda and BMW are experimenting on that.

Stop buying so much gas learn to car pool cut out all the pleasure cruises for a while. I wish you people could learn to look at the big picture and try to realise how much driving everybody does. The prices go up because you are out buying the production rate. Think about how many gas stations are in your neighborhood. Ask the store clerk how often do they get a truck delivery. The supply chain for gas is stretched to the limit

The government should put a price ceiling at $2.00 then there wouldn't be rising gas prices ever again.

I think that if the troops were to pull out of Iraq and stability would be brought into the regions that america controls then the price of oil would come down
