Typically ED is a vessel problem-blood flow problem so drive is not really affected, although you may not be as driven mentally. Other sex drive problems could be hormone influenced

ED generally refers to an inability to achieve and/or maintain an erection that is adequate to perform intercourse, despite being sexually excited. Common causes usually involve some combination of damage to the small nerves or blood vessels responsible for erection to occur, or even performance anxiety can cause ED.

Somebody who lost their sex drive might not get an erection, but that would not be secondary to damage to the mechanisms responsible for erection to occur.

Incidentally, unlike the portrayal in comedy skits, drugs used to treat ED do not cause erections, they only help maintain erections once sexual excitement occurs, so drugs like Viagra would probably be of little use for somebody with no sex drive.
