How do I tell my kids that what we had for dinner last night wasn't REALLY pork?

I just hope you cook him REALLY REALLY well, cause the rabies virus is a tough one, and currently there is no medicine, just a preventive vaccine. So if you eat rabid meat, better buy a place at a cemetery and start ordering in some coffins.
