Is your elephant named Horton?
Those eggs probably belong to a Whoo and your elephant has simply been asked to sit on them while the Whoo runs errands.

Well, the last time my elephant laid an egg we decided not to incubate it and instead ate on the egg for about 6 months.
But the time before that when my elephant laid an egg we incubated it for 11 months but then the zebra accidently ran into it and cracked it.
Best of luck to you and especially your elephant.

Put them under a heat lamp for about 2 hours, and then ever so slightly tap them with an icepick. This will cause a crack in the shell and then the baby elephant will push through.
