They keep going down to the local swimming pool and pushing the kids into the water and splashing them

First, you need to get your elephant some floaties.
Next, a high pressure hose will help.

For your former question:
To help an elephant firm up his stools, you bing whole milk to just a barely boil..then skim off the film on top when it cools enough to handle..Throw that film away, and feed the baby the milk 4 times per day..I raised many exotic animals, but nothing as large as an elephant..that remedy always helps with runny stools.
I don't know just how much..For a horse it is 3 cups, so it would likely be more like a gallon for an elephant.]
feed him well cooked rice, cooked in twice the normal amount of water, and cooked for at least an hour.

Are you elephants pink by any chance?
If so, cut down on the alcoholic beverages and soon they will be tamed and pleased to stay at home for awhile.
If you don't follow this advice I can promise you there will soon be a law suit against you for harboring dangerous pink terrorists!

You could build them their own pool but they probably like swimming with the kids. Get the kids some squirt guns so it's fair! :)

In my city - elephants require tusk muzzles.... you can order them at www.elephantaccessories.com
They should be fine after you muzzle them there can be no liability
