Not entirely. Their 2 most loyal demographics are high school dropouts & college profs. What this says about profs I'll leave for you to determine.

Yes, and the reason I think so is because the democrat party has evolved into a platform of entitlement programs and pitting classes against each other. Any party that seeks power through promising handouts and encouraging people to denounce personal responsibility for their situation is by definition the party of failure.
In the past, before the radical left took over the democrat party, this was not true. They were a party that sought to help resolve America's problems in their own way, while other parties had other methods. Alas, no more.

Educated at what exactly Goldenrae? Unknowingly establishing socialism through psychological conditioning that you yourself were taught? Quit drinking the kool aid and step into reality.
Thanks for pointing that out, Just the Facts. You're absolutely right, and the root starts at our fake money system.

No there are some very intelligent democrats. and there are some very poor democrats.
Some people like to label Republicans as Rich own oil, and live in mansions, but THEN say they live in trailers and breed with their cousins..
people just say things cause they are lame.
I am a republican, I live in an Apt and am not rich at all. My boyfriend is A republican as well a marine. [His family owns oil wells though, so i guess that can apply in this situation.] hahaha but not mine.

Aren't liberals the ones who teach in the public schools and our nations colleges and universities according to stereotype?
Under current legislation you must have a MA to teach K-12 and it is the norm to have a PhD to teach in higher education. Therefore I would conclude that democrats are the educated folk and thus appeal to it. Blue states are also on the coasts wherein the better higher education systems lie.
You may also want to learn to spell or at least hit spell check, especially when asking a question about education.

Interesting. Most Republicans say the opposite, that Democrats are "elitist." Can you all make up your minds?
And to answer your question, I have an advanced degree and I vote Democratic. So the answer is no.
