Do Mexicans pay taxes and how do you do that if you are not a citizen?

I'm Mexican and pay taxes. if there are not a citizen then they
get a permit to work. called a mica. or a visa. and they can work and pay taxes. but it is not there fault that some of the illegals want to come over here and get jobs. it called the American dream. would you clean bathrooms and pick fruit
for low pay??? i know i would not . i want all the good paying jobs. they will work in the sewer. for 20.00 a day. come on
i would not work for 20.00 aday. maybe a hour. but not a day.

They pay taxes in several situations such as if they are legal aliens then they would pay normal taxes with everyone else, if they are not and using fradulent ssn or ids then they still pay taxes without any tax returns or representations, and if they have neither than they get paid lesser amount of money justified as taxes by the employers.

Most people who hire illegals (construction contractors, landscape companies, etc.) know they're hiring illegals, so they pay them under the table with cash. No taxes are taken out of their pay. Employers like to do this because they pay their illegal employees very little (compared with what they'd pay someone who was qualified/legal to do the job). It all works out fine and well until someone reports them. The illegals get busted for being here and the employer gets a huge fine.

yes they do. Don't all employers hold out taxes from everyones check. They pay into social security but cannot collect it.
Some collect government aid programs and this is stressed in the news but some pay into the system knowing they will never collect. I knew some who said yes they did pay taxes.
