If your married, and your Husband is always home, but never wants sex, does that mean your to old? im 38 and he is 41. if i want to have sex he acts like im doing something wrong! Does this mean he don't love me anymore? or is he just comfortable with our marrige? Because he tells me that he still loves me. And we don't have to have sex all the time. But the thing is, we hardley ever do. just once in a while( once every month or two) Only when he wants it. if he wants it and i would say no, he gets mad! But he turnes me down every time. Well... is NEVER too old to have SEX....
It is ONLY OLD.. to have sex is when there there is no erection possible. This happens at any age and it is something to do with health and the emotional state of mind.
For your case, it is normal for you to want more sex, while it is also normal for him to want less sex.
So the best way is always compromising in between. And of course it is not like having a schedule, however concious effort for both to satsify the minimum aspect of the sexual life. This you will have to work out with your husband.
For those who has been married for a long time.. it is very normal to have sex once a week or a fortnight. Again this depends on the schedule and time permits plus the overall state of mind during that time. Stress can very often also play a part, coming from work as well as taking care of children and parents Or trying to make ends meet etc...
Having said that.. I am sure you will at least know how you can tackle the issue... and hopefully your sex life will be better off....

take care have fun..

For myself death would be to old for sex. I think your hubby has some underlying issues he has to deal with. It also appears he is being very selfish. In marriage sex is to be considered lovemaking and should be a mutual bond meaning your both getting satisfaction if you are not into it and he is then well that is one-sided and wrong. I would say to him that when you are both in agreement in the sex issue then you'll do something but until he gets some counselling and finds the root to his problems then it is no more sex. With his age he may be having some hormonal changes as well get him to see his Dr. ASAP.

God Bless and Best Wishes.

It's not your. Your husband may be having issues, he's afraid to address with you. That not mean he don't love you. Tell him how you feel, go to counseling, and if needed, take him to see a doctor. Normally, men can stay after for a long time in age. I've heard that the older they get, the less they want it. Woman on the other hand want it more as they get older.

Sounds like a power play type of thing....
It's not you at all, but maybe it really isn't about sex, maybe it's about another aspect in yours and his married life that he may feel inadequate in(money, work, etc), and so therefore he's trying to take some control back by controlling both of your sex life?

"How old is to old for sex?" When you're in your grave.
If your husband doesn't want sex it could be a sign of a medical problem. It could be that HE is getting older and slowing down.

The honeymoon is over, and he is complacent, probably blase about "routine" sex.
Spice things up, find out what turns him on, and don't take "No" for an answer.
Let him know the lack of sex bothers you, and talk about it like adults.
At your ages you should count on having lots of good sexual experiances ahead of you.
