or buy homeowners insurance
or do your gardening work yourself
or have him sign a contract relieving you of any damages due to injury on the job
or go see a lawyer.

Hire a professional that carries insurance. He should be able to provide you with documentation and proof of insurance.

make him sign a paper stating if wife comes out naked and you find them......you may kill him!
