I am doing systems of equations right now, and I really not understanding how to do them, It just seems like I cannot find the right answer. I am especially having trouble with the ones that have fractions in them, can someone please help me. Thanks

Set one variable to something, then stick it in the next equation, is the easiest way. For minimal errors with signs you should learn matrices and kramer's rule.

you can either do it by substitution or elimination. to eliminate is easier for me. eliminate numerical coefficients which are of lesser values. fractions is not a problem at all, (fraction plus its additive inverse...) there, why don't you ask your prof. it will be easier...
