1) Dallas Cowboys (11-5) : Dallas may have the league's best offense and the D is underrated. Wade Phillips will do quiet well in his first year.
2) Philadelphia Eagles (9-7) : No playoffs for Eagles. They don't have a good backup QB and D-Mac has proven he's not durable. They lost Stallworth. Defense is average. Nothing to love here.
3) New York Giants (7-9) : No Tiki, No Playoffs.
4) Washington Redskins (7-9) : I like Jason Campbell at QB, but they're D is getting up there in age and so is the o-line. Campbell may have a pro bowl year, though. No playoffs.

Dallas Cowboys (11-5)*-they got the perfect guy to complement Demarcus Ware and they managed to keep TO without a major problem
Philadelphia Eagles(10-6)*-i cant believe they actually traded down with a division rival and wasted a 2nd round pick on a QB that wasnt even the best QB available, plus they let Donte Stallworth go after the kind of year he had, thats insane
New York Giants (8-8)- they got steve smith to compliment eli's talents, but that doesnt mean squat if eli has to run for his life every play, they should manage with brandon jacobs in the back field since hes a tough runner
Washington Redskins (7-9)- they really have some potential with the talent they have on that team, all the recievers theyve got, all they need is a godo gameplan and good execution, especially from their QB

Dallas will not do that well. Eagles are good, Giants I think will pull together this year, and Redskins are still rebuilding.
Philadelphia Eagles (12-4)*
New York Giants (9-7)*
Dallas Cowboys (6-10)
Washington Redskins (6-10)

Dallas Cowboys (11-5)* - Tony Romo will be starting the entire year and he now has some experience. They also have Greg Ellis back to help their pass rush, which was one of the best before he got hurt. They also drafted Anthony Spencer who was top two overall in pass rush ability. Throw in Demarcus Ware and this D is scary. Look what Wade Philips did to the San Diego defense. They also patched the safety whole with ex Seahawk Ken Hamlin.
Philadelphia (9-7) - They don't know if McNabb is going to be back to start the year yet and that was obvious when they drafted Kevin Kolb. His knee is taking a long time to recover. They don't have a QB if McNabb doesn't play now that Garcia is gone. That means it will be Kolb of Holcomb. This is bad because Andy Reid throws more than anybody else in the leage. On defense they let their pro-bowl safety Michael Lewis go. This guy was in the pro bowl 2 years ago. They also lost their nickel back, Roderick Hood. That is two big holes to fill and they got no help on draft day. They beefed up there line with the aquisition of Ian Scott and the signing of Takeo Spikes at OLB is huge if he can stay healthy. They also lost Donte Stallworth who was their best recievers last year. Just too many wholes.
NY Giants (8-8) - This one is easy. If you take an 8-8 team last year and take away their best player, they are not going to get better. Add to that fact that the loss of Tiki Barber now puts even more pressure on Eli (who caves under pressure) and this team seems doomed. The fact that they play the NFC North this year will be the only thing that keeps this team afloat.
Washington (4-12) - This one is also easy. This team was bottom of the league last year in interceptions and bottom 3 in sacks last year and they did nothing to improve. Drafting Laron Landry will make that secondary scary in a couple years, but not this year. They also brought in Fred Smoot, who is a good corner, but he isn't good enough to get interceptions when the QB has all day to survey the field. They are also starting Jason Campbell who is a good athlete but I don't think he will be all that great a QB. The lone bright spot is that Clinton Portis will be back. Although his production could drop too with the loss of Norv Turner, who is an offensive genious.
