Besides calling the dealership - they are closed. I need to know exactly what color my car is. Any suggestions?

there's a number on the option label on GM cars its expresed like 92U or 92L - U and L being upper and lower - if its only one color it'll probably say L and its on the bottom left of the label away from all the options. - other brands - I don't know

Depends on the type of car. Open the doors and look for the ID sticker. It will have the VIN and veh. weight etc ( might not be on the BIG sticker,look for a tiny one on the other doors) There should be a color code you can match to the application guide. Some cars don't list the color code on the Door sticker so lift up the carpet over the spare tire, on the cover is a small tag in some , and on a tag under the tire in others. If for some reason you still have the window price sticker it will be on there for sure.

There is a color code stamped on a metal tag, either in the door panel or somewhere in the engine compartment.

Try and see if there is any sort of touch-up paint that came with the car

Did you try googling the year and make of your car? I did that and found out my car is called sunburst orange!

most of the times it is in drivers side door gam color code or look on your regerstraion card

Paint code on the vin plate.There are diff. sites that tell you where the plate is and can decode the no. and tell you the color.

First, you go up to the car, look at it and then decide what colour is it. It will also be on your ownership paper.
