Whenever I try to download the internet my computer just hangs up. I even tried downloading from different internet but the problem is still there. Sometimes the downloading is just fine. Yesterday I downloaded lots of modem from Google.com Even now its working fine but sometimes it just hangs up. And I see blue screen and computer restarts. I tried using internet cd and that worked but I dont have cd with me now.

Different people tell me different things. One man said I need to upgrade my screen to Windows X. My friend said that you get lots of virus in dialup internets. I pried a small crack in my computer and I think I saw something move in the machinery making a hum sound. So I think there is a virus. Where can I buy anti virus treatment.

Okay, could be a whole bunch of different things. Downloading issues could be caused by incorrect settings on your router. Blue screen could be a hardware issue. I've never heard of getting more or less viruses through dial up. You should have a firewall, antivirus and antispyware program installed. As far as opening your case and looking inside, you're not going to see any viruses. You can buy antivirus software from Norton, McAfee or download a free version of AVG.

First of all, you cant "download internet," you download individual items from web pages. If you tried downloading the internet on modem as you said, it would take you about 93 years to download the internet. Second, you should try upgrading from dial-up. "Dialing lots of modem?" Whats an "internet cd?" Your computer doesnt make "hum sound" from a virus. Thats a normal sound; dont worry. You need DSL (Digital Subscriber) or Cable Internet access, not dial-up (its slow and it sucks) Good luck downloading the internet.
