computer get restart between 5PM to 12AM?

everyday my computer not load b/w 5 PM to 12 AM.i get restart when windows load. morning i dont face any pblm. my computer works properly. why it happens? this pblm start since 4 or 5 days. is it my RAM pblm?anyone can help me?thanks

auto update is not that pblm. i didnt enable auto update.it still get restart in evening.it may be i dont have much power for RAm.not sure. any other idea?

Could be Windows auto-update, they normally start download at 3am,
