If your processor is overclocked or if your memory timings are too tight, restore everything to default settings in BIOS.

blue screen means you have a problem with program. some program was trying to stomp at other programs space in memory location.

clean all temporarily/junk file use CCleaner. it cleans all crap out of you PC. Also , you can defrag your HD. so this way you computer will run a bit faster, when you have your files in order.

THE BLUE SCREEN OF DEATH ! This means that one or more of your registry files are corrupted , damaged or missing! Usually caused by a virus! Best fix is to wipe your hard drive an re-install windows

if it happens more than once that means your computer has too much on it and ure computerr needs to be reinstalled
