I am assuming you are referring to a Motorhome, as opposed to a travel trailer or fifth wheel travel trailer.

Of course there are hundreds of models of Motorhomes that are suitable and the perfect size and set up. The key question here is, what is your budget?

The really nice, large, diesel push motorhomes start at about $150,000 new and go up to over a million for the exclusive luxury models.

However, you can get a nice, used, recent model motorhome for $50,000 on up; and an older one for $20,000 or so.

I am talking here about the Class A motorhomes, and these are generally set up more for a retired couple than a family, so you have to shop around to find the floorplan and layout that suits a family.

If this is for weekends and short vacations, then you might consider a class C motorhome, the kind that looks like a delivery truck. You would want a large one, of course, but these tend to be designed more with a family in mind, with easier to set up sleeping areas (besides the bedroom). They also tend to be cheaper, both new and used.

There are RV shopping sites online, do a search and take a look to get an idea of prices and floor plans.
