I don't think everyone is imperfect and sinful. I like how everyone is different, and I believe that most people are good. So don't let the weight of the world be on your shoulders, just make sure you live the best life that you can. If you're worried about your looks then do something about it. Ask Mum to buy you healthy food, she loves you so I'm sure she will want what's best for you too. It might take a little to get used to eating healthy, but its also cheaper to buy. Good skin comes with good eating, and plenty of water. Its a double bonus, you'll look healthier and feel healthier. Don't forget, that you are 14 and at that age you are allowed to eat some junk food, just use it as a treat, not a cheat (ie keep it for special occasions, a fave something when your out with friends, or during your fave weekly TV program). Take a good look at yourself and then smile. It always surprises me what a simple smile can do. You'll feel better, and smiles seem to be catching (people will wonder what your up to). 14 is a tricky age but also a good one, but it gets even better, so look after yourself and keep smiling!

When you are a bit older you will wonder why you asked this question, there are many people who are not very nice but they are very much in the minority, most people are pretty much OK, you say you hate yourself but I bet you are one of the descent ones, you are only just finding out who you are and your hormones are going crazy at the moment, don`t be so hard on yourself, all young people think there is something wrong with them and everything seems more important than it is, smile a lot, have fun, enjoy being young, remember the most likable thing about a person is their personality.
I hope you have a great life.
Chris.

A lot of people say 'Well now and days there is so much pain.'but I don't think it all of asuden happened you know? The truth is I think that it happened a long time ago but since we didn't have as many sources or anything we had no knowledge of such torture and darklings happening in our world. Or when people say 'It was way cheaper back then.' I'm just like 'not to them.. .one doller back then might be equilivent to five dollers here."
or something like that. I know it seems in our time that there is so much darkness and sadness but we have to stand together and the fact is no one is perfect, we are human beings for goodness sakes, but each individual needs to do there best to help themselves and others...but here's the thing....I believe the more people you know the more you THINK there is more darkness because each individual has a dark side,
weither it's themselves or there family, makeing you involved or knowing it makes you think how much closer you are to the truth/the core of darkness...so that's why I suppose it seems there is much more everything then before, because we actually know it more. WE can actually find out from more sorces and everything...it's an epidemic and all that jazz.

Wow! For being 14 you sure have a lot on your mind. The tone of your mail disturbs me because you are obviously reaching out for help. All eating disorders need to be taken seriously - whether you are too fat or too skinny. You should talk to a close ADULT friend, counselor, parent, neighbor...and get some counseling. You are just beginning to live your life - at 14! God has huge plans for you. You do have a purpose in life - it just hasn't surfaced yet. Feel excited about your challenges and grasp on to your ability to change. Please don't hate yourself because you are not living to someone else's standards. Set your OWN weight goals and other goals in life - and stick to them. Take charge of you life and stop worrying about what others think. If people are being hateful toward you, then they are just looking to cover up their own problems and imperfections!

Okay, in my opinion, there is no such thing as perfection. I don't care what your weight or size, shape, eye color, skin color, shoe size or if you have a million dollar smile. God made us all unique individuals....beautiful designs ... MASTERPIECES, if you will! Everyone likes something different anyway. One man likes a short woman while the next like a 6'5". One woman likes her men big while the other likes lanky and hairy! I mean, we're all different in so many ways and how boring it would be if we weren't. You have beautiful features that I may not ever have and that's the way of the world. Be proud of who you are b/c people love you for that reason.

It seems that the perfection that you're looking for is just an external perfection. That might be where the problem lies. See, we will never reach a state of perfection until Jesus returns. But He has left us an opportunity to obtain an abundance of joy and happiness. The reason we are not perfect is because of our flesh it has the ability of natural rebellion. But it sounds like to me that you want a reason to fight , to stand for ethics, for what's right or wrong. Don't let the rest of the world imperfections stop your chance for spiritual perfection. It can be obtained one day if you continue to strive for it even at your age. Give your life to the Lord and the outer beauty will never surpass what the inner beauty can attain. Your body is the temple of God it's original state is perfection the only way to get back to it is to be reconcilied back to Him. (Even at 14)

because we are human.
the only thing that is perfect is god, everything else falls short.
don't hate hate yourself for not being perfect we all come in diffferent weights, shapes, sizes and come in many different types of skin. None of them are really perfect, they just are.
don't fall into the hype that gets pushed by the media they only created ideal body images so you can hate your self and want to pay a lot of many to get the things that they tell you will make you perfect. but it's all BS.

first of all..it seems your question is all about "I" like in i this or i that..so you have an "eye" problem..
focus on one problem at a time..you eat too much and you don't exercise enough...just be honest with the fact that you are not in control and work on this...don't blame other people..if you want to lose weight..take the fork out of your mouth and start burning more calories then you consume...the only way you can gain weight is by putting food into your mouth and not burning off the part that is not needed.
