I think that it is very caring and wonderful! Run her a hot bubble bath w candles and wash her hair for her, when she gets out of the bath rub her feet with warm oil! This is a great treat, and half the time better than lovemaking, but watch out after this treatment she might prefer to f*ck the S*it out of you so you wont have to worry about romantic lovemaking.

kudos to addicted2stamping* good answer

Well, don't assume that ALL woman like rose petels and candles, because they don't.

If YOUR woman has given you a few "hints" about what is romantic to her... then by all means go for it... she really means it.

It seems almost to simple doesn't it? Guys say us woman are complacated in this area, but we're not really.

It's the simple things, the little things that work for us.

1. rose petals on the bed
2. little notes left in various places that we'll find throughout the day
3. candlelight dinner (that the man cooked or ordered out)
4. picinic at the park for the two of you
5. have a picinic in your living room, turn on some romantic music, lay down the blanket and eat, enjoy eachother
dance
6.Give her a massage (without expecting anything in return)
7. Let her know from the moment you wake up how you feel about her, call her through out the day, building up her excitement about you two being together that night. Let her know you have something special planned for her
8. Sing to her (maybe make a song or poem for her)
9. Tell her you want her to get dressed up before you take her out to dinner, like formal attire, tell her that you will be escorting her out for the evening on the town, and you will be wearing a tux or suite..... you might just be going to a resturant you've been severl times.... so what, it special
10. Run her a nice hot candlelight bubble bath, have a towel and her robe ready for when she gets out, have a new piece of langure in a wrapped box, tell her when she is done to open the package and put it on, then she can meet you in the bedroom (maybe to find you in bed with the rose pettals).

Hum, I better let my husband ready this! LOL

Have fun with it.

Well I like candles, and roses are pretty, but buying rose petals to throw all over a bed seems kind of extravagant.
I think I would prefer some champagne and music, maybe a singe rose with its petals left in tact.

Eh... yeah they're nice. Make sure the rose petals don't stain the carpet, and don't use scented candles because a lot of them can overpower any room.

my bf cooked me a multiple course meal, dimmed the lights, and even had a decorative bowl of water with pretty rocks and floating rose candles that lit up our table/meal. we put on some romantic music and i loved every second of it. he's not normally the type of guy to do that and i really loved and appreciated all that he did. unless your girl is more of the butch lesbian type, i find it difficult to believe that she wouldn't enjoy a romantic dinner with candles and stuff. maybe pick out some songs that remind you of each other and have that playing softly in the background.

All women, like all men, are different. When my man & I got together, I told him no flowers, perfume, jewelry, etc. I love chocolate. GOOD chocolate. We've been together 4 years now. Find out what she likes!

Not all women. Some are big on romance, but others (like me) absolutely detest it. You'll know how your girlfriend feels.

Personally, I do..but some do, some don't. Either way, she will appreciate that you put in extra effort into making her happy.

Perhaps sincerely getting to know your girlfriend first would help you understand what she does and does not value.
