Obviously, you have weighed the pros and cons and come to a conclusion that it is 60% ok,lets say go drink coffee while you study for an exam, and 40% better to continue studying as you may use the additional time. What would you do? I understand its better, if we are reacting, ie if we know something has 60% chance of happening, like rain, and we can come to a better conclusion. In this senario, If you always took the 60% decision, all the time, you are doing 100% of it, then you are really wasting the effort because you didnt have all the data and you could have better by continuing studying 40% of the time. May be, you may learned something. Btw game theory agrees with the idea of mixed strategies and that they can better where there are no dominant strategies. So even logicians agree with this concept and you cannot get better than this.

How would you do such a thing? You have looked at pros and cons and come to a conclusion that there is no yes or no answer and it is better to say YES x% of the time and NO 100-x% of the time, because you do not know all the facts.
Would u flip a coin, look at astrology, listen to music, talk to a friend(this is tricky, assume your friend is an idiot, even though he wants to help you), how would u do it?
Ie, action, where you are forced to act, pick, choose, do something, as opposed to do nothing, sit around, wait for it to happen, etc
