I literally blank/numb myself by going to a "calm" place in my head!

Girl... I would have HURT some idiots and probably had a long rap sheet by now!!! if not for that tactic

I pray and meditate. A long walk helps too. I just need to be alone for a while,when I'm like that.Screaming into a pillow and punching the bed really helps.

Oh man...people raz me for saying this all the time, but it's true. Yoga. I do yoga to calm myself down. Or, if it's really, really bad....go out into the woods and primal scream! It works wonders and gets my feet back on the ground.

I walk away and BREATHE ! I eventually end up calming down, although sometimes it is very hard to walk away !

take a walk
call a friend
write ur feelings down. like write a letter to them saying everythin u wish u could say to them and dont send it.

dont let ur anger build up or ull do something ud regret
