I think she should be going to jail just like any normal non-celeb person would have to....

I think she needs to be punished like any other American citizen. I feel that this will send a message to celebrities that think that they are above the law. How many times did she really need to be arrested for the same crime before something dangerous would happen. This will be the best rehab for her. This will cause her to realize that she is human. She along with so many celebrities tend to act as if they're Gods. They feel that there should be no consequence for their behavior. If you were the one pulled over. Do you think they would've given you the same amount of chances as she got. NO! NO! NO!

A question in a answer...What do you think of a person who drives down the motorway at night intoxicated with no lights on and has been stopped more than one time.I do not care who you are!!!You cannot endanger peoples lives.I hope this scares the you know what out of her..Being born into a family like hers does not make it ok for this dangerous behavior...Of course because she is a high profile she should have some protection because you know in prison some of those woman would love to get their hands on her...So you cant throw her in there like that but her living situation should be the same...

If you do the crime, you pay the time. I don't care what your last name happens to be. She deserves to go to jail. She is already getting special treatment by being away from the rest of the women in the jail.

Paris Hilton violated her parole by driving her car. She is constantely followed by paparazzi, did she not think that the police would not catch her? I think she deserves to go to jail.
