yeah I think Alex is gonna break out this year and be pretty good and the 49ers will top their division. thats what I think but we'll see

Of Course he has to improve or else everything that the niners have been doing these last few months will be for nothing if he doesnt step up his game to next level .....if smith can throw 20+ touchdowns or more this year the 49ers will once again be a dominant power house in the NFC alongside Eagles ,Saints, Bears,and Seahawks....But im Sure he will improve qutie much

I think he will improve. They've given him some better weapons, and Jackson will do well for him (if he stays healthy, of course). And even though he has another new coordinator, this time they hired in-house, and at least basically the terms/schemes are the same as last year. So at least he has some consistency this time around.

He improved last year but this coming year Norv Turner is gone. I think that will affect his game considerably.

it comes little by little..........hes not gonna turn into John Elway in one offseason
