7x^2 = 3x

I tried factoring and got x = 3/7...is this right?

First move the 3x to the other side
7x^2 - 3x = 0
Now factor
x(7x - 3) = 0
So
x = 0 or 7x - 3 = 0 -----> 7x = 3 -----> x = 3/7

7x^2 = 3x
7x^2 - 3x + 0 = 0

With the quadratic formula, I got 3/7 and 0, so yes your answer is right :)

7x^2 = 3x
7x^2 - 3x = 0
x(7x - 3) = 0
therefore
x = 0 or
7x - 3 = 0
7x = 3
x = 3/7
x = 0 and 3/7
you were right for one part :)
