Someone told me that most people dream in b&w and very few people dream in color. I dream in color, and I had assumed everyone dreamed in color. Why would you dream in b&w if you see the world in color?

I too dream in color and did not know of anyone that dreams in black and white. Our brains aren't a piece of technology, why would we be incapable of projecting the inner workings of our subconscious in the same way we see the world? Though generally I don't remember my dreams anyway, so maybe a few were black and white. Either that or they had static like my TV set when the cable goes out.

What I've noticed is that dreams in B&W tend to be negative, & dreams that are in color tend to be very positive & leave me with good feelings. Has anyone else noticed that?

I always dream in color it's hard to imagine some people don't. You can feel things in your dreams too. ;)
