WALMART target payless and even the dollar store i do that noe has 2 know your shoes r cheap just as long as they r cute my matalic pink $1 store flip flop have held up pretty good and also try ross

Old Navy is amazing for flip flops...they have a wide variety of colors and they're REALLY CHEAP!! They last a long time, too!

You could try a craft store like Hobby Lobby. I assume quality does not matter as you did not indicate that. Therefore they have those cheap rubber ones in all colors.
