eventually after your feelings being hurt and being depressed enough do your facial looks change from stress

I'm pretty young yet but I get stressed out a lot and am wondering if its going to effect me on how I look in the future

That was true for my friend's mother, but I don't know if it's true for everyone...

I believe so, stress, especially prolonged stress effects how we look. There have been studies that show that different body positions effect your mood, just as your mood tends to set your body in these positions. Want to feel better by body position, try standing up, raise your arms above your head forming a Y position, raise your head up (look up as if you were gazing at a star), smile. Now hold that for a few seconds and feel how your mind/body/spirit reacts.

So yes being depressed can effect how you look.

I don't know about others who are depressed, but from personal experience I feel as though I look old and tired.
Have had moderate/severe depression for around 10 years and feel as though it's really taken a toll on me. Am 33 but feel like I look around 40+ and don't feel attractive anymore. It's a struggle.

I know for sure that I look way older when I am stressed than when I am feeling good....
