Personality is definitely the MOST important.
Looks are important to me personally but definitely take a back seat to personality.
Money is nice...but I carefully chose a career in which I could sustain myself if need be. Ambition, motivation and intelligence is more important to me than the actual amount of money someone has. It just so happens though that most people with those three attributes will probably be OK financially. I could NEVER live with a lazy person...and I really like stimulating conversation.
