Bean Enchaladas. They are delicious! 2 cans cream of mushroom soup, 2 cans or like Nally's cheese, or onion, or original, whatever floats your boat. Mix it up in a bowl, stick some in tortilla shells and roll up and stick in 13 by 8 pan (first put small amount of mixture on bottom of pan), cover top of tortillas with remaining mixture, cover with cheese, cook for 30 mins at 350 degrees. It is fantastico, and easy. It makes them better to eat with fresh veggies, like tomatoes, lettece, onions... Ketchup is good on it too.

I am going to be cooking a leg of lamb with lots f roasted vegetables and cauliflower in a cheese sauce and lots of gravy.I will only eat the vegetables as I don't eat red meat.

spaghetti, with my favourite sauce. I put fresh tomatoes, mushrooms and all three colors of peppers, and kinda stir fry it with ground beef and toss in some sliced italian sausages. Then pour in a can of sliced or diced tomatoes...try it! Its so good! Its more of a chunky sauce, but its heaven!
Thinking of having spinach salad and bread sticks with it too.
