LOL! 70's???? The late 60's and early 70's would put me in during my "Hippie Period." I was a real hippie. Peace, love, beads, long straight hair, the whole bit.
I think my favorite toys at the time were MEN! LOL! "Free love?" Y' know? LOL!!!!!!!!!
Great question! Just remember there are several generations on these question and answer things! That's why I get a kick out of answering some of the questions. I feel like I have some wisdom to share. For instance, here's my "wise" words for today: Never stick a fork into a working toaster.
Doesn't that just blow you away with all that depth of thought?
But here's another: (...does require thinking)
Science is the never ending search for facts which may never be quite understood and only apprehended by the poetic intuition.
That's actually a quote by Max Planck, the physicist.

My little son playing for hours with his little Lego's.
He is 37 now.
I have the sweetest picture in my mind, of him straddled legged with a shoe box full of Lego's in the floor, with those little hands putting Lego's together and taken them apart.
To little was he, to create anything, except in his little mind.
I miss that~~~~jill
