The location. Mariposa grove of giant Sequoias, in Yosemite national park. I'm a tram driver / narrater taking about 50 people at a time on a 7 mile / 75 minute drive through the most beautiful place on earth. I meet people from all over the world. Then tell them all about the big trees history, and all about the areas wildlife. I see deer, eagles, some bear, and any other critter that lives in the forest.

I get alot of personal satisfaction...because I find it really interesting...not because I'm necessarily "making a difference." I've always been really interested in this population...but it's a tough crowd to work with and unfortunately, the damage is pretty much done and there isn't a whole lot I can do for them at this point in their lives except "manage" them. I could go on and on about this...but I'll spare you all the details!!!
I am proud of what do...but many others feel as though I provide a service that these people don't deserve. I disagree...I think it's very important for those people who get something out of it. Others are beyond repair and not a whole lot can be done to help them...but every now and then, I work with a guy who want to change...and it's a great feeling to be able to help him.

I love that i create, i know that what i do is generated by a requirement from someone in the company, but the ideas of how to solve the need, comes from my head and my ideas and my experience, and it's very pleasant when i see the work done, and those programs used by other persons for they daily work.

I have the best job I have ever had.
The pay sucks, I get no breaks or holidays, but it's the most rewarding thing ever!
My job?
I'm a mommy and immensly proud of what I do :)
The best part is seeing Angel grow and learn new things daily, and hearing her say new words every day :)
Great question- have a star!

I LOVE my job. I get to take care of and teach children. There is nothing better than the kids I had at 1 years old driving over to my house just to say hi and shoot the sh!t. I have blessed so many lives. It's the best.
Thanks for reminding me of that :)

I work with kids with developmental disabilities. It's very rewarding, because I have created a special bond with each kid, and it's amazing to see their abilities. A lot of people just assume they can't do things on their own, but you'd be surprised to see how much these kids can accomplish. The pay sucks, but the emotional reward evens it out : )

I am a writer for the local newspaper, and I love this job because I get to express my creativity and my opinions. I had a hard past and I feel by this newspaper letting me express myself is helping me out mentally and spiritually!
Thanks for the question!

It improves my research and typing skills. I don't really like much else about it and I just go in and earn my pay and go home. I really need a job change but I can't do that right now because I don't have a car.

The little kids I work with.
Seeing them "get it" and progress in their academics is wonderful.
Even better though is when they come to me when they are sad because they know I love them and am always ready with a hug. They won't remember what they learned, but they will remember that I believed in them and that they were loved.
