When it comes to the hardware, I am not quite the brightest. I wanted to know how you could increase your Bus size (?) to let your processor use all of it's power. I asked another question like this about a game and still no answer. But I have 3.2 GHz of processor it says, and I want to know how to let it actually use all of it to play a game. Thanks to the technical answers when they come in =P

It appears you got a couple words wrong, so I'll do my best to decipher your... ramblings. :)

Sounds like what you want to do is increase the "front side bus" speed (not increase serial bus size. Serial port has no "bus", and it doesn't exactly have a "size" either.) That is actually known as "overclocking", which basically means making your CPU run FASTER than it is designed to. This will void your warranty if any and decrease the life of the CPU and may make your system run poorly / crash a lot if you don't add additional cooling. Thus, it is NOT something to be attempted by a novice (and if you do fully appreciate the risks and benefits of overclocking, you'd no longer be a novice, right?)

As for does a game use all your CPU, it does, really, though most games do not take full advantage of a multi-core CPU yet. But that's another story.

For now, I'd suggest you learn a bit more about your computer first. Read some hardware sites, learn some hardware stuff. When you think you're ready to explore overclocking, come back, tell us a bit about your hardware, and we'll be able to provide you with more reference material like what to do with what settings and such.
