The explanation that we all start out as female and the entire transformation to males just "happens" to leave only the nipples and not the other organs seems a little weak to me.
The vestigial organ theory from Darwin has a lot of logic, but still fails to indicate when unnecessary organs will completely become weeded out genetically. I know some people who do not have all four wisdom teeth, so they may be rapidly on the way out.
Whereas there are no clear cut reasons why we all retain vestigial organs like appendixes and wisdom teeth, male nipples seem to still have some value. For example, female impersonators find them useful (ha ha).
Rather than take my explanations, the following two sources are really quite good. Check them out.

Nipples are an autosomal trait. That means that the genes that cause nipples are not on the X chromosome. Therefore, even if a person is male, their genes still code for nipples.

Because in the womb everyones female its only after a few weeks does it decide whether it will be a boy or girl and so nipples are the only left over thing from the decision.

Evolutionarily, male mammals have nipples because females do.
There is no reproductive disadvantage to having them, and no advantage to not having them, so we have not evolved with male lack of nipples being a gender difference. If they did any harm, they would have disappeared or we would have gone extinct.

Good questions... I wonder that too. I guess is just part of nature which God make us. Anyway, men can't product milk like women does, so the nipples does play that role here.

All babies start out as female, and they develop that way until a hormone dump changes them to biologically male at the normal stage of development. It just so happens that that stage is after the nipple-growing stage. So boys end up with nipples they would only have needed if they had been born girls.

its a scientifically proven when we are in the womb we all start out as girls meaning we all have nipples, nipples are meant for babies to breast feed off of, so even though those in the womb who turn into boys they dont lose the nipples and are born with them

Because when you were still devolving in the womb, you haven't desisted to be a girl or guy yet. So, you could have gone either way. Funny, right?
