1. How long should I realistically expect my Implants to be high up?
2. I was a 34C before surgery, though all my good fitting bras were 34DD. I had implants put in, as well as a lift. The implants are 690cc. and 740cc. They didnt take much tissue during the lift, so is it possible I will STILL be a 34DD? That is the size I asked for.
3. Is it true that the Ace Bandage they wrap around you helps the implants settle? Right now they are so high its funny looking.
4. How long should I expect the additional fluid I am retaining to go away?

Give it time, any breast surgery takes about a year to finalize, your breasts to settle, and any swelling to go away.
